Clairvaux Catholic School is a primary school in the parish of St Bernard’s, Belmont - Geelong, Victoria Australia.

The School, situated on 5.9 hectares at 45 Reynolds Road, caters for children from Prep to Year 6.

Clairvaux was established in July 1998 as a result of the amalgamation of the two primary schools in the parish – St Bernard’s in Belmont, and Mercia in Highton. The present site was formerly a secondary school called South Barwon Secondary College.
Approximately 500 students attend Clairvaux - that's 18 classes.

We are proud to announce that the library we have been patiently waiting for has finally been completed and we are gradually moving our resources into the beautiful new space. Soon the external landscaping will beautify the surroundings. Although we still have a few ideas that we'd like to add, we couldn't wait to show you the story of our new Resource Centre.

It will be called the Foley Centre after our recently retired priest Father Peter Foley.

Book Week 2010

With a section of our original Library located in a corridor and a travelling 'trolley' Librarian moving around the school, we still managed to hold a successful Book Fair and participate in a wonderful Book Week celebration in August.
